In 1989, I moved from Oklahoma City to San Francisco. I attended Lincoln High School and San Francisco State University. With my Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting and Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance, I opened and managed my own string of bakeries. Because of my passion in meeting new friends and networking, I also opened and managed my own coffee shop in The City. I passed my real estate license in 2004 and started my career with Century 21 Real Estate International. I purchased my first home in San Francisco where I lived with my dogs Foxy and Buddy. Clients want someone they can trust. I received my California Tax Education Council license. I owned and operated my certified tax preparer business and became a tax advisor to business owners. I was employed as a Principal Accountant with San Francisco Public Utilities Commission and volunteered as the Treasurer for the 2nd District of California PTSA which oversees San Francisco Unified School District PTSA. Clients want someone competent enough to ensure a smooth transaction. In 2015, I became a Senior System Accountant with the City and County of San Francisco Controller’s Office. I received my Master of Business Administration. I joined as a member of Global Business Council Committee and Government Relation Committee of SFAR. I chair the Chinese Real Estate Association of America in 2023. I advise foreign investors and assist with their largest and most important purchase. I would love to meet you.
