Oleg advises clients on buy-side and sell-side commercial real estate transactions, specializing in multifamily and net lease investments throughout the Bay Area and nationwide. He is an Associate Broker with the Pacific West Advisory Group at Engel & Völkers Commercial San Francisco. Prior to that, Oleg was part of the Pacific West Advisory Team at Berkshire Hathaway Commercial Group, which he joined in 2023, and earlier spent several years with Compass Commercial and NAI, where he built his practice advising clients on investment sales — including complex, challenging transactions — with high-quality execution on every deal. Oleg's professional objective is simple: to help his clients be successful investors.
